  NEW COURSES FOR THE NEW TERM!
All new classes starting 29 March 2010 have been updated. And we are expanding our studio time and adding new courses. We are also adding pole-fection practice sessions (Friday) . However for this term, there will be a one-week break from 26 Apr to 1st May to make way for some workshops as well as celebrate Labour Day

Aerial 2--Our 1st Aerial fitness class received tremendous response and we plan to start Level 2 in April.
Pole Choreographies- We are finally coming up with Pole Choreography Worhshops. Have a workout while dancing. Pole Choreo 1 (Mercy) is suitable for absolute beginners or as a refresher for those who have previously taken Basic Pole-gram 1. Watch Video here Check out the schedule

Students please take note that studio is closed on the Chinese New Year week (15th Feb - 19th Feb). Classes will resume as per normal from 22nd Feb.

ACRO POLATES, as the name implies, is acrobatic fitness on a pole. It is NOT only about dancing & twirling around the pole; pole fitness builds agility, strength & flexibility.
