Ming
Ming. Avid pole teacher & Singapore’s top pole art performer (pole-fessional entertainer), who owes much of her strength, flexibility, agility and overall confidence to pole dancing.
  About Ming

Having practiced pole fitness for several years now and performing extensively forMing the last 3, Ming, discovers just how effective it is for ladies to lose weight, get toned and trimmed with pole fitness. Not one who enjoys going to the gym or sweating it out on a track, Ming picked up pole dancing because she wanted to have some fun incorporating dance to a fitness regime. Then she began to realize that it is much more to just dancing as pole fitness worked her abs, thighs, biceps, triceps, practically every muscle as pole fitness uses one’s own body as weights. Hence, she has crafted a syllabus, following that of UK syllabus, that will help every woman have a good work out and at the same time be in touch with her sensuality.

Come and experience it for yourself. Enquire about our trial classes and look out for our various events.

  About Eunice Sim

At a tender age of 19, Eunice joined an all-ladies dance schoolEunice and was quickly indentified for her dance flair, and hence hand-picked by the principal of the school to be groomed in areas of salsa, exotic and pole dance. She was subsequently recruited into the performance team, performing in events such as Chingay and PAYM festivals, Cleo bachelor’s party, Zouk’s “Very exotic Party”, Women’s Shape Run pole performance, fund raising events for UNIFEM (child slavery), People Association’s Passion card launch, FHM, Everlast and  Singapore International Salsa Festival, Oschool recitals  and many more.

By 21, she was already one of the instructors in exotic and pole dance courses. And today, Eunice is a music and movement instructor, working and developing mainly kids in the areas of self-expression, dance and artforms.
